Sauteed JMB Asparagus with tomatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of asparagus 
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
  • 1 cup Bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese shavings
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions

  • Rinse and prep all produce. In a large sauté pan on medium heat add olive oil, asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, and salt/pepper to taste. Stir periodically so all ingredients evenly cook. Cook until asparagus is tender and serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
